I run a league that is an updated version of the old SPORTING NEWS salary cap leagues.
All NFL players are assigned set salaries and you get to set a lineup and a bench using those salaries.
You can make as many changes/tweaks as you want prior to NFL Week #1 and, once the season starts, you are limited to 17 free agent moves the entire season.
Where this league differs is that it is an H2H league and NOT rotisserie - scoring details can be found on the site.
Cost = $110. I do NOT use LeagueSafe but I have been around forever - running over 70 leagues for years now - ask around if you are concerned.
