I just gotta ask.
Did LT coming one yard short of 200 yards actually cost anyone their Week 15 match? If so, take solace, my friend. It did for me.
Getting one more yard would have earned me one point for another 20 yards rushing plus a bonus point for hitting 200 yards. I ended up losing by 2 points to the lowest scoring team in the league who miraculously made the playoffs as the wildcard and got at least one touchdown from every crappy player on his team. The two points would have earned me a tie, and the victory based on our tie breaker rules. Even LTD cannot withstand such luck!
Of course, Addai getting nicked on Monday is probably what REALLY cost me my game (or a number of other incidents over the weekend like not starting my backup kicker instead of Kaeding...), but I can't help but think that ONE MORE YARD would have gotten me a shot at the SuperBowl.
I cannot be completely alone in this?!?
