AUCTION DRAFT is scheduled for Thursday, August 21 @ 8:45 EST. This is year two and the previous owner drafted well but can't spend the time and dropped.

Scoring is fairly standard but has some bonuses that can be reached to ramp up scoring a bit. The keeper schedule allows for one Franchise Player that you keep for as long as you want for FREE. The other two keepers will cost $12 each out of your $100 auction budget this year and then increase each year. The team in question has probably the best options in the league when it comes to keepers. This is year two for the league, with 11 of 12 owners returning and it's a solid group of experienced lifers.

Head to head format. 12 teams with $100 FAAB budget. 100% payout with lots of prizes (see below) to earn. Playoffs are weeks 14-16 with the two division winners earning #1 & #2 seeds and the top 4 after that are in regardless of division.

Roster Information:

QB, RB, WR, TE, K and DST. Starting lineup: QB / RBx2 / WRx3 / Flex (RB/WR/TE) / TE / K / DST

[SIZE=9pt]· [/SIZE]Transactions will lock five minutes before the first game on Sunday. Players whose teams play before Sunday will be locked for the remainder of the scoring period.

[SIZE=9pt]· [/SIZE]Add/drops are handled by an automated blind bidding auction process (FAAB).

[SIZE=9pt]· [/SIZE]The FAAB process runs through Tuesday night and will automatically process bids. Free agents are then FCFS (first come first served) until the start of the player’s next game.

Playoffs start in Week 14 and last for 3 Weeks.

Tie Breaker:

Ties when voting on league issues will be decided by the commissioner.

Final Standings & Playoffs:

Playoffs begin in week 14 with 6 teams eligible. The winner of each division earns a bye and the remaining 4 playoff berths go to those 4 teams with the best overall record - regardless of division - with ties decided based on the above formula. The bracket will be 3 v. 6 and 4 v. 5 with the #1 seed facing the lowest advancing seed. Week 16 is the League Championship game.

League Fees and Eligibility:

All money will be held in a viewable account via LeagueSafe.com. Payouts will be made utilizing the majority vote option, which requires team owners to “ok” payouts before any money can leave the account.

Team fee is $100. All payments will be due early in August each season. This timeframe allows time to find new owners prior to the season and eliminates the chance that winners get stuck waiting for prize payouts. If payment is not made by the August deadline a new owner will be found to manage that team. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not pay on time you will be replaced. Email reminders will be sent by the commissioner early in July via the league message board. Please make sure your account with MyFantasyLeague.com has a current email address at all times so these communications are not missed. The 2014 deadline is Saturday, August 9.

Any excess money (changes to league fees, unpaid awards, etc.) will be added to League Champion payout. Any reduction in money will be removed from the Legal Tender payout. Any ties for payouts will be split evenly if necessary. Prices & payouts are based on a 16 week schedule and will be determined after the conclusion of week 16.

*1* Legal Tender award is determined if/when an article about a new incident is posted on NFL.com during the regular season.

*2* Dollar Dandy will be paid to the owner that originally drafted the player, regardless of current team status. Players must be on the team to which they were drafted for a minimum of 3 weeks (i.e. locked onto roster Sunday - Tuesday) to be eligible for this award. (This is to prevent roster spamming on draft day with positions more likely to score the most points.)

*3* This will require some assistance from each owner, as they can submit a player to the commissioner for review regarding this award. Only players that went undrafted during the league auction will be eligible and only points they scored while in the starting lineup for the team that submits them for review will count. Kickers and DSTs are not eligible.

Keeper Rules:

1. The Franchise! – keep one player indefinitely. Once a player is named The Franchise! Player they cannot revert to a keeper. This player is, for all intents and purposes, a zero cost, permanent keeper.

2. Each team may keep between 0 and 2 players in addition to their Franchise Player.

3. Players cannot be declared as keepers for more than 3 consecutive years.

4. Players kept will cost auction dollars, reducing the amount of money the franchise owner has during the auction draft.

5. The cost schedule for players kept in consecutive years is: $10 for first year; $15 for second year; $20 for third year.

6. Drafted and undrafted players can be kept based on the above schedule.

7. All keepers must be declared two weeks prior to the draft. In the event of a season ending injury or retirement to a keeper prior to draft day, that team may declare a different player in his place or drop the keeper.

Please note that it is acceptable to keep a player at their associated auction value cost for 1, 2, or 3 years and then designate that player as The Franchise! Player. (IE, players can move from keeper to Franchise Player but NOT vice versa.)

Draft Information:

The draft will be an Auction Draft format held live prior to each season. It will be held each year during the week prior to the start of the NFL season - Wednesday to Wednesday, as the NFL Kickoff Game is the Thursday after Labor Day Weekend. The exact time and date will be discussed and finalized during the last week of June each season, prior to payment reminder emails going out.
