You just dont give folks players. You SKIP them. JPeso is on th clock. If he picks before 6 the clock is stopped. The only way we con tinue past that is if the next player (Blazers) wants to and makes a pick. Then if the next player (Natives) wants to and makes a pick.ect....

In no way do we give people players if they miss their picks. that is the penalty for timing out. We move on, they miss a pick, and potentially loose out on the player they wanted. Tough beans. The can jump in whenever they feel like logging back in and make a pick. Is this the first time some of us have been in this type of draft? There is a rule page as well that you may want to become familiar with.z

i think i have been in all these drafts since they started and i do definitely remember giving people players....possibly after multiple time outs or maybe picks on the turn, but in the past it has happened.

Normally we wouldn't do this, but I don't want someone gaming the system by not picking and waiting for the byes to be announced. This was outlined in my rule modification thread. If they show up by 6 they can make their pick.
