Strong starting unit more important than depth? (1 Viewer)

Bayhawks

Went into an auction draft with Bell, DJ, & M Thomas as cheap keepers.  Decided to go all-in on a stud starting lineup, but have very little depth.  There's virtually no RB on WW & not a lot at WR.  Worried that injuries could derail this team.

Non-ppr: QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, Flex (RB/WR/TE), PK, D/ST

QB-Brees

RB1-DJ

RB2-Bell

WR1-M Thomas

WR2-B Cooks

Flex-Gore or Garcon

TE-Gronkowski

PK-Gano

D/ST-Pitt

Bench:

Dalton, C Johnson, F Touissant, Turbin, A Morris, C West, C Davis, Golloway, R Anderson, J Doyle

well u went with championship or bust, injuries would hurt a lot, but as long as they arnt season ending you should be able to make due with waver wire, I imagine your going to crush the early season

You said it best yourself. Great chance to compete for a championship if you are not hit by injuries. You may have to trade a stud for depth down the road if you get an injury.

Agree... you could also look to get some depth by trading backups for other RBs that would be more ideal for your team...

Absolutely would take this lineup over others where I have depth and fewer studs.

Injuries hurt at any point - you can always make trades or pick guys up off waivers.
