I would look to trade at least two of your qb's.  There is no need to have 5 QB's in a start 1 qb league.  Your roster is better served having more RB and WR upside plays over the extra qb's.

I may also try and move one of your TE's unless they have some kind of bonus scoring.

All that to say I would put all your qb's on the block and see what offers you get.  Trade the ones that get you the beat return.

For the specific offer, if it is the best you can get then I would take it but I think you could do better.

I’d counter with JimmyG & see if they bite. 

I agree with above that Wentz side is a little better off here. Lindsey faded a bit & I'm not sure he’s going to be as valuable with the reported emergence of Royce Freeman. Should still be a weekly flex. 

I love Boyd though. He’s on a steep ascent & should be worth obtaining.

So i like the deal, just not for Wentz.

In a start 1 qb league, especially with your qb depth, that is an instant accept for me.
