There seem to be a consensus 3 tiers, the last of each tier being a big spike in percentage (Russell, Curry, Nowitzki).

I found that petty interesting as well. Wondering if there will be a fourth. I'm guessing not since so much of it is personal preference at this point.
 
We've done a pretty solid job here, with the exception of having Karl Malone much too high.
I agree. Every time I look up and down, I only have minor squibbles which are mostly just preferences. This is one of the best lists I've ever seen.
 
Sorry, I'm not going to cast a single vote for Harden at any point during this series. Surely lots of other players were also terrible teammates and a history of quitting on their teams during key moments, but I've closely observed Harden's tendencies in this regard.
