Looking for one owner for an auction league in NW Chicago suburbs (1 Viewer)

I am looking for a strong active owner for an open team in my auction league. The league has been in existence since 1993, although the longest tenured owner joined in 1995. I have been the commissioner for the last five years. It is PPR no IDP. Line ups are QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, TE, K, Def, Flex. The flex can be RB/WR/TE. The auction will be on Labor day. The auction will be in Algonquin, IL. Buy in is $200, all money is paid out except the website cost. The one unusual thing is there is one keeper allowed each year. You can only keep a player for a year. They have to cost $20 or less in the auction, and you must have bought the player at the auction and kept them on your roster the whole year.
