I had 2 owners bail on me last second. Both of these teams have the 6th and 7th picks. We are doing the draft via a message board and its a slow snake draft.
The league will be a keeper league. We are in the middle of a league vote on how many players to keep. Lineups will consist of: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR, K, 5 IDP's. The bench will consist of 6 players. 3 is the maximum number of players which can be placed on the injured list in the season. There will be like a minor league system of players in college as well which will consist of 6 players. These players can be a freshman through senior in college.
The league cost will be 60 and we will be using Sportsline or MFL. We are having a vote right now on where the league will play. There will be 3 divisions and division winners will be paid $40. The remaining money payouts will be 1st place of the league takes 70% of the remaining pot, 2nd place takes 20% and 3rd place takes 10%.

Playoffs: The 3 division winners will make the playoffs and the next team with the best record/ most pts will be the Wild Card team.
Trades: Trades will need to be accepted by the commissioners of the league. As long as there is no suspected collusion in a trade then it will be passed.
Add/Drops: Teams are allowed to make transactions up until 20 minutes of the first game that week. Then add/drops will be freezed and waiver transactions will be processed on Tuesday morning. The team with the worst record will have 1st waiver priority and so on.
Scoring System: H2H
Minor Leagues: You can leave these guys down there even when they are drafted in the NFL. However, once you call these guys up you can not send them back down.

Passing Yards(PaYD) 1 point for every 25 yards
Rushing Yards(RuYD) 1 point for every 10 yards
Receiving Yards(ReYD) 1 point for every 10 yards
Receptions by RB, WR, TE- 1 point
2 point conversion(Pa2P, Ru2P, Re2P) 2 points
Passing Interception (PaInt) -2 points
Fumble Lost, including ST plays (FL) -2 points
Field Goal(FG) 0-49 yards = 3 points
50+ yards = 5 points
Extra Point(XP) 1 point
Offensive Fumble Recovery TD(OFRTD) 6 points

Total Defensive/ Special Teams Touchdown (DTD) 6 points
