Hello,

Looking for one owner. This is the ninth year of a league that has strictly been a in-person draft / league, but it appears we have run the gammet of filling the league with local friends and co-workers, so we are willing to bring in a remote drafter.

DRAFT DAY:

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5th @ 6pm PST

LEAGUE FEE

$130

PAYOUTS

12 players at $130 per = $1560

$160 for the website leaves $1400 for total payouts

Highest scoring team each week receives $20.00
($20 x 16 weeks = $320)

Leaving $1080

Champion receives $570

Second - $340

Third - $170

DRAFT

Serpentine (reversal of picks in even number rounds). We will randomly chose a selection order 1 though 12. The winner of the selection order will be first to chose his desired draft slot for the year. The team awarded the second choice will pick next, and so on...

The selection order and draft spots will be selected and picked on draft day.

SEASON SCHEDULE:

16 weeks - teams are ranked highest to lowest based on total yearly points.

SCORING:

16 starters ( active ) - 8 offensive / 8 IDP

TRADING:

Trading deadline is week 10

FREE AGENTS

$122 FA budget; FAAB process to run on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

$3 minimum bid for ALL IDPs.
$1 minimum bid for offensive players

*If a winning bid is entered under $3 for an IDP, I will manually adjust the difference in your budget. All FAAB adds are voided by any owner who picks up an IDP for under $3 and has less than $3 in their current total budget.

Free Agency runs through week 16

KEEPERS

Beginning in 2016, all owners will be allowed to keep any player indefinitely that was drafted between rounds 20-30. You will not lose a corresponding draft round pick the next year, you will simply lose the number of picks at the back end of the draft that corresponds with your amount of keepers. Example - If you keep five players in 2016, you only draft 25 players in the 2016 draft.

**If a player is drafted between rounds 20-30 and is dropped, then reacquired via free agency later in the year, he is not eligible to be kept.

Keeper announcement will be exactly two weeks prior to each years draft.

Once keepers are established, an open period of trading will take place, allowing owners to trade any kept player.

Draft picks are not allowed to be traded.

RESPONSIBILITY and GOVERNANCE

The commissioner is empowered to interpret the rules. Any changes proposed to these rules shall be brought to a vote of all current league participants during the off-season
