My rbs are insanely bad this week. 

Ppr

Starting gio and j. White.

Should I drop one of these guys for jaquizz rodgers to start on mnf?

Fozzy and Rainey are also avaliable

My opponent has simms too and no backup.  But he could pick up Rainey, fozzy or some other bottom tier rb

No - I think you do nothing.  White should be far better with Brady back & Gio is due for a nice game.  Jaquizz is just a lottery ticket compared to your guys.

White should be fine with Brady back- just like he was last season after Lewis got hurt.  I would not drop Gio for Rodgers

jacquizz is a two fer

points 4 you none for your opponent I would grab him even if I wasn't going to play him

Rodgers has no competition for touches White subject to the whims of the hoodie

This is a run don't walk situation IMHO

Don't know if you've made a move yet, but I'd stay pat. I think both your RBs will outperform Rodgers (who has a tough matchup) and either Carolina RB, so your opponent can pick up any of those 3 and you would have better plays.
