Which DEF should I roll with this week? Standard scoring:

San Diego Chargers vs. TEN

Carolina Panthers @ LA

Los Angeles Rams vs. CAR

(Buffalo Bills @ SEA also available but not a fan.)

Advice appreciated.

Are Cowboys available?  Like them more anyway.  If not I'd go with SD.

The Chargers are soft against the run, but I like them at home and they've been a solid streaming D over the past few weeks.  I definitely like them more than Carolina on the road (didn't think I'd say that at the start of the season!).

I'd go Carolina. They seemed like the bye week really helped them.

SD, seems to be the streaming darling of late. Although just have a gut feeling CAR will put up points this week. I think their bye week came just in time
