After poking around, the logic in this revolves around the Kraft legal dream team arguing that the video surveillance was excessive to charge people with misdemeanors.
So now the prosecution can try to argue that retroactively the video should be allowed on appeal because they are pursuing a felony charge.

I don’t think anyone is saying he didn’t do it.
I think the point here is cops probably shouldn’t be calling in fake bomb threats to install cameras, claiming to do so in the false pretense stoping a serious felony of human trafficking while conducting an equally illegal traffic stop to ascertain identity. And then at the end of it all - when the two other DA’s involved rightfully quashed the 350+ cases as bullocks the Palm Beach County DA should put in jail for prioritizing being live on ESPN for two hours for an eventual congress run over actual due process after finding out he had a star perp on the most trumped up charge.

I imagine this exoneration creates quite a release from a very hard burden for Mr. Kraft.
