Steyer is a DNC nightmare this debate holy cow. This is what happens when your biggest left wing donor actually joins the game.

I agree with you. - Funny thing is I sense some faint recognition from you how fd up it is to let billionaires just walk in and commandeer everything. Maybe mine that basic value some more.

Wrong. He stalked her on stage and dominated the final debate. You gave her the win because you didnt like it. Facts are though, after his numbers took a hit from #####gate the Friday before, they fully recovered after the debate. Results you can't argue.

50 minutes of the first hour talking about Trump. Steyer brings up the economy and everyone takes a hard pass. These people never learn.

After seeing that despicable performance by Trump at the National Prayer breakfast and the White House afterwards maybe that is all they should talk about. Who is best suited to make that awful man a one term President.

God, he's not only a loon, he's talking way too much and eating them alive from the "woke" position.

Just throwing hay makers from the far left is pretty fun to see

Bernie is too nice

Probably. It's always been my belief he's going to go thru the primaries civilly, but he's going to take the gloves off if he gets to Trump.

ABC doing a great job of letting them speak and finish their thoughts.

Steyer said last night he wears the red plaid tie because it's "fun".

Yes, they've done great, pushed where needed and hung back when appropriate.

Imagine being an independent non political white guy from a flyover state Democrats desperately need tuning into this debate within the last half hour.

From wikipedia: The racial makeup of New Hampshire as of the 2010 Census was: White: 93.9% (92.3% non-Hispanic); Black or African American: 1.1%; American Indian and Alaska Native: 0.2%

“Fewer total drug arrests” is fine but it doesn’t answer the question about racial disparity in arrest rates.

Would have been more interesting if they quoted the numbers they were referring to.  Focusing on getting the numbers down overall is good policy.  How do you change the latter without race-based policies?

Klobuchar stumbles a lot. She's got no inflection, no concept of tone.

Just tuned in in the radio last few minutes

Warren is kind of chippy and abrasive tonight.

Going to go watch DVR from beginning.

Pete knew Bernie was going after him tonight based on Bernie's remarks yesterday and all he had was that canned response? Gotta do better.

Eh, as much as I like Bernie I thought the answer was OK. Pete's whole thing is basically "I'm not turning anyone away" and that answer was very in line with that.

Took a long way for him to get there. Just speak from the heart.

Yeah, that's fair. I loved a lot of the jokes on Twitter recently about his Hope and Change style word salad that he can fall into. He's generally a good speaker, but he sometimes gets a bit lost in the flowery language.

If you want to loose again, dont break form from the past 3 years. It's nearly impossible to beat an incumbent with a booming economy. Dont focus on the economy or what affects everyday workin people. Oh, and it took 2 hours to get to climate change, supposedly the most important thing ever. But Trump!

Missed the middle hour, but, from what I've seen:

Bernie is crushing
Warren is picking up steam
Amy is wrapping up in her comfy centrist blanket
Pete is struggling under attack
Biden is dead

Right when you think an actual debate is about to break out Trump is invoked. Thanks Trump.

Economy is not booming. Carter had higher growth in his last year than Trump.

Klobuchar is right on USMCA shows why Bernie wouldn't be able to get anything done. We need trade deals with our neighboring countries and getting climate change into this trade deal knowing how the President feels about it was/is a fairly tale.

That's got nothing to do with her substance, which I think has been clear and thoughtful.

It’s a disaster.

This version of the Democratic Party that we’re seeing tonight is too far to the left to win. These guys aren’t getting the message.
