Is this in redraft or dynasty?
On just the face of it without knowing what type of league, this is a coin flip for me. I could argue either side of it but it comes down to who you like better between OBJ and Evans for me. There isn't much difference fantasy wise between Carr and JimmyG for me. They are both depth QB's or waiver fodder in 1 QB leagues.

I would not. I have concerns about OBJ's attitude.
I would hold as this is just swapping names. I don't see huge upside either way.
