This thread getting active is a good reminder that I need to get my rule book and case book out and start preparing for officiating in a couple months.

I've noticed recently that "of course" is taking over as a response to "thank you". Seems okay I guess.

I see it here in Michigan too. Makes no sense. I'm always templated to pull into the opening in front of them when I'm in the adjacent lane.

Moving my son and his girlfriend down to Charlotte this weekend. They will be living in an area south of Freedom Park (Park and Woodlawn). He will be working up near the heart of the city and his girlfriend teaching in Fort Mill. Really excited for them and looking forward to spending time...

My daughter has been hooked on a place that opened near Michigan State called 7 Brew. Seems like a BROS competitor but, looking at their locations, they don't seem to be afraid of the colder weather states. However, looks like they're a private company at this point.

Was just staying down in Pensacola Beach to visit family. Drove back to Michigan yesterday. Was a sheet of ice with an average speed of around 35 all the way up to around Montgomery, AL. Crazy. Never going to FLA in January again.
