I'd much rather live and die with starting Rudolph and seeing what I have in Howard than get Rodgers.
Let's face it, we aren't winning the Super Bowl with Rodgers anyways.
Maybe one of the 2 guys we have hits? If not, we have a ton of capital to get the guy we want in next year's draft which is...
Agreed, but it's not like he didn't have draft status. He was Denver's 2nd round pick last season.
He just seemed to get more involved in the offense as the year progressed.
It just seems odd for what he did at the end of last season compared to his price to acquire.

These 2 plays alone make me believe he's more than a "wing-back".
Any time I watched him, he looked like the real deal. He reminded me a lot of early career Antonio Brown. I'm certainly not going to value a rookie RB over him that seems to be drafted earlier than he should have.
Amazing the lack of talk about this guy. Final 8 weeks of the regular season, he was a top 25 WR in his rookie season.
Not to mention his explosive game against Cincinnati in the playoffs.
He's being talked about as a maybe 4, probably 5 WR for this season.
Paired with Payton's upcoming...
Agreed. Just traded for him in dynasty. My only concern is if the Ravens win it all, he'll ride off into the sunset.
He wants a ring. If he's back next year, he's easily a top 10 RB.
Steelers are pretenders unless they come up with another good WR. If they would happen to get one, and I'm not talking Mike Williams - like, with their defense.... look out.
I've watched far too many times where people hype up the back up and the starter keeps the role.
Rarely, does the starter lose the role after 2 games when the team paid for the starter.
Initially, I think the plan was Burton in the slot and Iosivas would be the back up for Chase or Higgins on the outside by I think Iosivas have pushed their hand to make sure he's on the field.
