I think we need to start with determining 2 issues.
1) Who can pass protect at the NFL level? This will assure him snaps earlier than those who need to learn the skill.
2) Who can catch passes and be in on 3rd downs.

Wow this is huge news. I'm shocked they didn't draft a running back late in the draft. I suppose this explains why he underachieved last year. I'm not sure what my draft strategy will be with SD RBs but I will likely target Woodhead in PPR leagues.

There are plenty of bad QB's giving great WR's passable weeks of Fantasy Relevance. Conley won't be a target hog but Kelce/Maclin should help open up the passing game, even if Smith is very limited. Conley just needs to get on the field.

What about playing the game in Philly and then swapping the next Philly/Redskins game. Not ideal but maybe? I don't know if the storm will impact Philly much.
