Thanks for the replies guys. We are really trying for 12, but it is looking like it will be 10. I'm wondering if we can avoid some of the issues you all of mentioned if we are proactive with some rule changes before the draft. I was thinking if we increase the minimum bench from 16 to 19 and...
We are downsizing our long standing league from 12 to 10 owners this year due to unforeseen events. We keep 6 players and use the auction format with a $100 cap. Minimum roster of 16 players. My question is has anyone done this before, and if so, what observations can you share with me to...
williams was my first choice, but I am pretty sure he will be gone. McCluster seems electric, but so does Reggie Bush. I agree with Johnny U in that he is great for the chiefs, but not for fantasy.
I am trying to decide which of these four rookie WR's will be better. In my league we can keep 5 guys plus one rookie, so essentially our rookie pick has 2 seasons to earn a keeper spot on our roster. So this is not a redraft league, but not quite Dynasty. Which of these 4 WR's is the guy to...
In a rookie draft (keeper) I have the first 3 picks. I am taking DMac, Stewart and someone at #3. I am a steeler fan, so I was thinking of Mendenhall, but I keep hearing not-so-good stuff from his camp. Do you think Mendenhall should be the #3 pick or maybe Kevin Smith? Should we be worried...
Thank you guys for all of your input. I guess I've been getting swept up in the the talk of Smith and Forte having great situations. I think I will go with the original three of McFadden, Stewart, and Mendenhall. the question is which order do I draft them in???
My team wasn't all that bad talent wise. They just showed up at the wrong time. I understand about drafting talent over situation for those examples you mentioned. I just didn't know who was better talent wise...
I know the top five running backs are:
Stewart
DMac
Mendenhall
forte
K. Smith
I have the first 3 picks in my rookie draft, and am trying to figure out who the top 3 are. I think Stewart and DMac are one and two (in that order in my opinion), but #3 is tough. Originally it was Mendenhall...

With Toomer still recovering from surgery and Burress ailing, what are the chances of the rookie Steve Smith WR makes an impact? It seems that the opportunity is open for him to make a major impact. He my not be as huge as Boldin or Colston, or maybe he will. Any thoughts?
