    I don’t think Clemson has the type of money it takes to get elite players into western SC. It’s really not an easy place to go to when nearby SEC teams are spending big.

    But if they don’t make the playoffs, they get no money, conference teams all get money. As of now, they get no playoff bye either.

    I do agree about the social media take on this, but their actions caused it. I work at a job where I’m on camera every second, pretty much how you have to treat things these days.

    The Big 10 and SEC playoff teams are basically decided by who those teams do not play in the conference. Personally I wish all of the conferences went back to 10 teams and come up with a system from there.

    Miami’ was supposed to play ND and rescheduled the game late. I think Arkansas was supposed to play also, rescheduled because of the SEC talk of adding a 9th conference game.

    I can see where dynasty would take more time, that is probably a 365-day job keeping up with everything.

    I’m sure it’s similar along the Wisconsin border. The market is maturing though as the national companies are crowding out the little guys now.
