It sounds like your in some keeper type rotation and can select Rice in the 3rd for your league or Austin in 12th... I think Rice in the 3rd is more valuable than Austin in the 12th because of the format... Rice wouldn't last 4 picks in a normal format and his value is on the up not the down...
