so what is the word on his long term (rest of the season) hold on the starting job?
i am in a league where Free Agent pickups are extremely limited - i have five left for the whole season.
trying to decide who makes the better pickup between he and white.
the consistency of making tackles is...
i think you do one thing right, and one thing wrong.you are correct to have a rule in place ahead of time - but having it be "caveat emptor" isn't right and compromises the integrity of the draft process.the correct rule is to say that a player is eligible for that season at the position he is...
on abraham, given his injury history and what DLs score, i think you can let him go without too much regret and try to find the hot hand.on harrison, he has been THE BEST DB in fantasy football for the last decade. over the course of the season, folks will have good games and bad. he should...
moving from MLB in 4-3 to a 3-4 ILB can make some players have a dropoff, but remember too that in a 4-3 the WLB will usually score fairly well too, meaning most defensive units have two good scoring LB.i'd say that ray lewis saw his play slip slightly in the 3-4, thats not to say he wasn't a...
from a fantasy perspective, i'd say all three are viable options. grant will be the most consistent, followed by howard as they are starting, but smith gets a lot of PT with one of the others playing DT. Saints are weak at DT.to me, will smith is no worse that KGB or any other pass rush...
i think both will put up similar stats....but i'd lean toward marshall because i still have memories from last year of watson being a little injury prone.....just my .02.
i found this article

from before the game. also saw a post game wrap where it said he replaced irons, but also that the club opened with a nickle look.
right now, my LB corps is: (we start 2 DL, 2 LB, 2 DB)
urlacher
brooking
dan...
I noticed in NFL.com game book it listed Oakland as starting in a nickle and had Morrison as a starting LB. He had big games week one (not listed as a starter) and week two. Raiders and Ourlads depth charts list him as third team.Any info on this guy?
i have actually worked on college and pro stat crews (arena ball, but hey, it was pro) and can tell you that tackles are an EXTREMELY subjective stat, as are assist. i have even seen some crews (i don't believe the NFL does this) that was award a tackle for the primary hit, and then might award...

on RCT guys, i think that giving the volatility of those types, its dangerous to speculate. is a SS that looks like a good prospect has just ascended to a job, and puts up a good line, snatch him up. but on a corner....TOO MANY FLUKES.there are 5-6 CB every year who you can watch through up...
that's probably based on last weeks numbers.harrison is a proven stud. he is a seven time all star in my league (highest scoring average) including last year. he is an every week start, period.
hey, i will reply.from what i have seen, the ratio of sacks to tackles is only 2:1, so the league favors tackles. i would not mess with starting any DL.here are my thoughts on the various players. i will also mention that i am in a 12 team IDP league (have been for quite a while) that starts 6...
