I'd love to see a breakdown on the % of plays they were each in. Watching the game it felt like Washington was in a lot more during the first 3 quarters, I'm sure somewhat because the Jets were in a ton of second and long and third down situations. I was unimpressed with Jones until the end...
Are people still going to the games? Is there still support for the team in the Bay area? I'm not a raiders fan per se as I live in Houston, but I really liked their draft a couple years ago when they picked up Russell, Miller, Bush, etc. Started paying attention to the team a little more...
Can anyone say how much Malcolm Kelly has been in the game? I know he had one 3rd down conversion, but I was wondering if he's only in on 4 wr sets. Thx.
I see Bradshaw as a clear cut change of pace and #2 to Jacobs, assuming Jacobs stays healthy. That's a huge and rather unlikely if- I think Jacobs will frequently be on the injury report with minor strains and sprains- things that allow him to play but also make Bradshaw see more carries. By...
I voted yes as well. The history scares me, even given that the injuries seemed 'fluky' and weren't so called prone injuries, they were still injuries and he still missed time. He has an upright and violent running style, and he plays on turf. He also has more potential than any other back in...
There's a lot of bias in looking at it this way. First round picks, because of the money and publicity are almost always given the chance to succeed. You'd be better off taking away the guys from the first list who didn't get a shot to start.
I don't really see him as a top 5 pick, and honestly could see him falling out of the top 10. Really, if you were to stack up Ryan against Brady Quinn, I'm not sure Ryan is that much better of a prospect. As for Atlanta, I see them going with either long if they're available, and if not...
I don't think this is a good comparison (at least statistically, a lot of the other points are spot on). First, it's hard to say that Young is built like a RB, the guy is 6'5". He is proportioned like one more so than Vick or Tebow.I know both Florida and Texas run spread offenses now, but in...
Depends whether you trust the 4.45 or the 4.34. If it's 4.45, then that's negligible. If it's a full 0.1 seconds, then that counts for something. Of course, the real truth is, time without pads is fairly useless anyway, but it's the best measuring stick we're given. Game speed Stewart may be...
I'll be interested in seeing if Stewart improves his time at his pro day. I'd bet yes. That said, the fact that Jamal Lewis ran faster than him does cast a little doubt on Stewart's being a faster Jamal Lewis, but I think the comparison is probably the best one that can be made.
4.45 http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/...12/lewis_draft/If you look to the bottom of this page http://news.google.com/archivesearch?q=Jam...a=N&start=0 the AJC talked to a scout that had him at 4.34.
