I am not so much looking for a league to play in, but a set of rules that includes, IDP, Salary cap, Contracts, Holdouts, Franchise, transition tags, blind bidding you name it. I am looking for the most complete and in-depth set of rules there is.

Would like to get some feed back on how you deal with your IDP position changes? We use MFL and they update the player positions on August 24th and September 9th. This usually affects the DEs and LBs because of the 3-4/4-3 switching back and forth. Thanks.
