I've always found the whole tackle scoring thing weird. Nothing is checked retrospectively so a lot of the tackle counts are way off ... sometimes player are credited without even being on the field. Assists is pretty similar, far too much comes at the discretion of a scorer who doesnt recheck...

Harvey isn't playing too badly, he's made the transition to outside linebacker relatively well. He just isn't a big playmaker for the purposes of IDP, though this may have something to do with both Smith and Durant being guys who fly to the ball quite well
