I can't decide if playing this guy is a shark move or a trap. The last time it looked like he was going to get increased carries, he ended up with all of 8 carries. The Browns just don't like to run the ball, and the coaches haven't indicated how the load would be split between Whitaker and Oby.
I love it when fans proclaim that the backup is better and having a starter injured is an upgrade. It happens all the time and rarely works out that way. There's a reason that Browner was starting, unless you think you got to 10-1 despite your coaches not knowing who their best players are...
As a Saints fan, I love than Ingram was fired up. He's taken a lot of heat from the fans -- even caught some loud boos when he dropped that first pass. I think he has a chance to be relevant, but he's not going to be a fantasy savior by any means. The Saints run the ball less than 30 times...
But it's not really a low-ball in redraft, is it? In redraft, Rodgers value for the ROS is severely diminished because he's only going to be playing 2-3 more meaningful games.
Agree. It's also been exacerbated by poor O-line play. The line isn't run blocking or pass blocking particularly well at the moment. The lack of an effective running game allows opponents to put more pressure on Brees. The lack of effective pass blocking means Brees is dumping off a lot more...
So you think Brady immediately reverts to the player he was 4 years ago? You don't think the experience he has gained over the past several years playing with Moss might have made him a better player? Football skills are not static, especially at the QB position. Brady is not going to revert...
I have no comment on the Allen vs. Freeney debate. Freeney is a beast and his loss would be huge. However, I would agree that Clark is more important to the Colts success than Freeney. Ultimately, the Colts win primarily with offense, and the mismatches that Clark creates are the key to...
Vikings beat the Saints? You might want to check the scoreboard. As for needing to win it all to prove something, that is your opinion as an outsider who obviously doesn't understand what this season has meant to the city of New Orleans and to Saints fans in general. I'm not trying to rude...
When I saw it live, I thought it was PI. On replay, it was much more questionable, but PI is not a reviewable call. The big no-no by Leber was he made contact and never made an attempt to get his head around to look for the ball - same reason PI was called on Porter in the end zone earlier in...
