Only just seen this, but to answer your question... It's a 10-team league with a 3-round draft in August each year that usually sees a handful of veterans drafted as well as rookies, the draft came at a time when everything that could have gone wrong in terms of Toney's stock had done so...

This was a Dynasty league which obviously changes things, but we get $300 per year and can carry over any unspent. I bid $175 on Toney and didn't get close - the winning bid was $454 from a guy who's clearly been keeping his powder dry for such an opportunity for a year or two.
