Do you think weeks 14-16 should be taken into consideration? best fantasy season basically equates to best seasons at a position, but when its all said and done: playoff weeks are what matters.
I hate to admit it, being on the backside of it, but justin tucker 6th field goal in week 15 last...
also, I see Bell had 2 fumbles lost last week, will Schwartz give him benefit of the doubt due to weather? or is he going to limit him and maybe push Bush out there even if not 100%
or do I start rainey, stevie johnson, or cecil shorts? flex obviously (mccoy, stacy at RB) I know this isnt a who to start thread, just think it kind of figures in
im right there with you. just found this thread and was shocked to see everyone riding bush to the end. I just cant see myself starting him over bell regardless what happens. bell is going to get some points, and I almost need to be safe
what are your biggest pet peeves when people try to project a player's season?
mine is: "now there is tape on X player so X player cannot perform as well"
I don't think this is relevant to the slightest degree, there is 'tape' for every player who has played more than 1 game (usually argument...
After this week, will be top 2 or 3 in passing yards . Isnt scoring a ton (2 TDs) but also has only thrown 1 INT total from past two weeks. Is it too early to say that he will have a decent come back year?
After seeing some OAKLAND offensive drives, it isnt the prettiest thing, but Palmer is...
did anyone see Jeffery's second target? he was on a deep route and Cutler completely underthrew him, he had to stop his route and turn back to go for the ball that was defended by some safety or corner. he had 2 of them beat, just needed to be over his head and would have been a TD..
nobody...
they have an excellent secondary... they stopped the run well because they could trust their secondary and didnt need 5 or 6 guys in the back.. larry fitz only caught 4 of his 11 targets.. that wasnt by accident.
Alshon Jeffery WR Bears
With Marshall Receiving some double coverage and INDY loading the box with respect to Forte/Bush..Cutler's check down will be the BIG Jeffery, look for him to get 10+ targets..we will see what he does with them.....
One player I think looked good but is buried on the depth chart is Chris Ogbonnaya. Granted his two big games last year were against JAX and STL, when he had the bulk of the load he did well..even though it was with the Cleveland offense.
He could strive in Detroit's offense, had a 4.5ypc...
by no means am I endorsing this individual, but Braylon Edwards' name seems to be said alot. Sidney Rice being the number 1 and Edwards 2 with Doug Balwdin in the slot could mean a ton of completiones, not to mention Kellen Winslow (also a RW3 favorite thus far)
