We had this controversy a while back and implemented a one year rule before that player could be traded back to same team. Maybe could do a shorter time period but this has worked for us.

I was wrong about Dobbins impact, thought would be committee but Harvey would be the 1a, at least by mid season and that's not the case and Dobbins running well. Agree Cousins can take this job but has to really have a good performance and show that last year's poor play was due to not being fully recovered, Penix has looked rather pedestrian, having London out will not help matters though
