I'm enjoying my nice green lawn. This is the sweet spot. In a month or two, it will be really tough to keep the lawn lookiing nice. It's simply not an easy task in California. Makes me want to consider the fake turf stuff like some in my neighborhood.

My wife and I recently purchased a toaster oven. Left over pizza is pretty awesome after a few minutes in the toaster oven, not soggy like it gets from the microwave. That alone makes me happy with the purchase.

Fancy turkey dinners are pretty good a couple times a year, but my wife is trying to convince me we should start doing tri-tip for Thanksgiving and scrap the turkey. Must admit, I greatly prefer tri-tip over turkey... but it feels odd to not have turkey on Thanksgiving.

I'm seeing more and more dudes talking on the phone while using the urinal in a public restroom. How important are these calls that they can't be postponed for a minute or two?

Had a fancy bbq chicken pizza the other night. It was most excellent.
