Dropped Arian Foster right before he emerged back in 2009 (Actually drafted him that year on a hunch). My worst redraft drop of all time: Deangelo Williams 2008, after being a dud the first 4 weeks I wrote him off as a bust. Dude who picked him up of course won his only title.
Everyone is sleeping on Hawkins. This is his first shot at being a focal point of an offense that sorely needs a receiver to step up. Dude has elite speed, great hands, and by all accounts is one of the smartest and hardest working players in the NFL. I really see him being a legit WR2 in PPR...
Sort of on topic, worst move I ever made was dropping Arian Foster mid season 2009 (actually drafted him) for.... Legedu Naanee. I proceeded to watch the dude who picked him up win back to back championships.
A strategy that has worked very well for me over the years is to make sure and get at least one stud receiver (Calvin, AJ Green, Julio, etc), a PPR beast (antonio brown, garcon last year, etc) and a boom bust deep threat receiver (desean jackson, rowdy riley, emmanuel sanders).
