All of the leagues I play in end waivers the week before the playoffs start, so it's a non issue for us.

I don't believe they ran the baseball or golf contests. I can't say for sure whether or not any fees were collected before the decision to not have the contests though.

I have never heard a league with this sort of scoring. Typically it is scored for the QB and WR/RB/TE if it is a passing play and just the ball carrier on a running play.
