How do you explain why absolutely no one else in the NBA has a problem kicking people? 

For sure man.  By no means am I saying that Romo should be rushed back.  He should be fully healed and eased back into the line up.  With that being said I think if the season was on the line I have a feeling he would be out there and the team is just dragging their feet at this point.
