Just guessing he was told his whole life how smart he was. Got the Ivy League education. Obviously went wrong and thought he was smarter than the police. I think the Monopoly money was to make it seem like he was having fun and taunting the police. Now he can spend a very long time in jail.

They just released another photo from a cab. You can see his eyes much better there. I would think they know who he was based on the photo and getting tips from the public. However, since they just released another photo, it makes me feel like I'm wrong and they are still figuring it out.

Reward is now $50k. I find it hard to believe the police don’t know his name. They just may not know where he is but I have to believe they know who they are looking for.

I just read on CNN that he took a bus from Atlanta to NYC and was in NYC for 10 days before the shooting. If true, it sounds like NYPD likely knows who this person is and now they just need to find him.
