Agreed. Herbert is athletic enough to run for decent yardage, but if the only categories are pocket passer or running QB, I put him in the passer category. The top 3 QB's with the highest increase in scoring have combined for only 161 yards rushing.

You never know with the Bengals. They’re actually middle of the pack in scoring, averaging 22 pts per game. But they have 5 games under 20 and 4 games over 30. They only have 2 games in the 20’s.
