We usually print ours from the site that hosts our draft. The site provides only basic rankings, but they work well enough to keep track of who is still available. That site is ESPN. Football guys also makes those available, but I am not sure if a subscription is needed, or not.

As I stated earlier, I know nothing about scouting, just trying to helpful. I did want to note that the stats I linked were from 2017, Butler's Sophomore year. In 2018, his Junior year and after Lazard left, Butler was closer to 50% of both total yards and receiving TDs.

The offline draft app isn't available this year anyway. You can do an online draft, pause the timer after each pick, and enter the next pick manually. Your autodrafter should have no problem with this. The catch is that, if you lose connectivity during the draft, and can't stop the timer...
