Yes, I was surprised but they say it's a taxes thing. Paypal works fine, but interesting about LeagueSafe - never tried it but according to FAQ on site it says you can use it, just don't get the benefits the US clients get.

Steve, I am amazed that you can't play in those leagues-- for ANY reason. Do you have trouble with paying in U.S. currency? I would imagine PayPal is a one way. I know that LEAGUE-SAFE won't work for you because you need a credit card from a U.S. Bank
