I really, really enjoy The American President. It’s one of those movies that, when I come across while channel flipping, I’ll always watch. (Same for Dave.). Big fan.

A memorable experience from my grad school days in Ann Arbor occurred while waiting in line to see Pink Flamingos at the law school …watching the faces of the crowd as they left the first showing and its final scene.

Fun fact: in my introductory “thank you”s for my doctoral dissertation ten years ago, I quoted that mom/grandma snippet as I referred to my own children.

I really like MH Opus. I suppose it’s because I was a band/orchestral percussionist and almost pursued that as my career.

Amazing that two very talented teams (Texas and UCLA) are made to look like they shouldn’t be anywhere near the final four. Final on Sunday should be great.
