I don't think you can give him a refund. You don't want another team to think that if they are having a bad season, they can just stop participating, and then expect thier money back.

I think that says more about the owners in your league. In a start 2 QB league, no starting QB should be a free agent.

Surprised you took Stewart after Washington, Sproles and Taylor in a non ppr league.

He is not a Buc. If I remember right, he's playing in the UFL this year.
