Don't think I'd be bragging about that.So sick of hearing these Mike Bell owners the past two weeks--now you guys get to watch as Thomas comes back and becomes a fantasy force once againYes, I own Thomas in all leagues!
Sick of Bell owners doing what?Correctly saying that Bell has been running well and would be getting the carries while PT was not healthy? That PT got his job out of nowhere because of an injury and it was not out of the question that Bell could do the same thing?Way to gloat about an injury.Classy.So sick of hearing these Mike Bell owners the past two weeks--now you guys get to watch as Thomas comes back and becomes a fantasy force once againYes, I own Thomas in all leagues!
Mike Bell = WW pickupThomas = 3rd -4th round pick..... hows that working out for ya??So sick of hearing these Mike Bell owners the past two weeks--now you guys get to watch as Thomas comes back and becomes a fantasy force once againYes, I own Thomas in all leagues!

haha, burn.Houses, Cars....What's in the water in NO ---
Thanks for the hard hitting info. Can you put all your lineups in your signature, please? This stuff is fascinating.TIAYou guys have been talking up Bell non-stop the past two weeks! It's time to jump on the PT train, as there is plenty of room...I hhave both Bell and Thomas in one league and Thomas in a dynasty, so it's working fine.... Hey masher, I'll send you some tissues![]()
I don't believe you had Bell, because you start off by saying you guys have been talking him up. If you had him, you'd be a part of You guys. Also, nobody gets happy like you are when one of their players goes down on an offensive juggernaut.A Mike Bell injury does not make Pierre Thomas anymore healthy for this season. You guys have been talking up Bell non-stop the past two weeks! Bell looked awesome for two games. Lets not pretend that Thomas stole the job back. he got lucky plain and simple. And this coming from a Thomas owner who doesnt have Bell.BusterTBronco said:I'm with you. These Bell owners have been acting like he was the second coming of Walter Payton and should keep the starting job even when Pierre Thomas comes back 100%. Mike Bell is nothing but a journeyman RB who is lucky to have a roster spot on an NFL team.So sick of hearing these Mike Bell owners the past two weeks--now you guys get to watch as Thomas comes back and becomes a fantasy force once againYes, I own Thomas in all leagues!

Na Bell owners have been excited to get production of a Saints back that was wavier wire fodder. Absolutely no downside Unlike PT owners who used a 3rd to 5th rd pick on nuthing so far. We all like good bargains and for atleast 2 games he was a great bargainBell looked awesome for two games. Lets not pretend that Thomas stole the job back. he got lucky plain and simple. No doubt. If Pierre gets the job back, it's due to Bell's health. Yes, it was Detroit, but the game against Philly shows it was no fluke. Journeyman? HAHAHAI don't own either guy but Thomas has been pretty damn good when given a chance to start for the Saints. If he's healthy, I think he deserves a chance to play a lot - even if Bell was healthy. If Pierre gets the job back, it's due to Bell's health.
Bell was PRG too.I don't own either guy but Thomas has been pretty damn good when given a chance to start for the Saints. If he's healthy, I think he deserves a chance to play a lot - even if Bell was healthy. If Pierre gets the job back, it's due to Bell's health.
I don't own either guy, but how can anyone celebrate over an injury? Some of you guys take FF wayyy too seriously. If you're celebrating injuries, you ought to check yourself. Pretty despicable to me.

Saints coach Sean Payton characterized Mike Bell's knee sprain as "slight" in his post-game press conference Sunday.
For what it's worth, Bell also said in post-game that he could've returned if needed. It's a concern for Bell's Week 3 status if he has a sprained MCL, as reported by Scout.com's Adam Caplan. Bell had 95 more total yards at Philly after racking up 143 in the opener, while Pierre Thomas barely played.

since you spent your entire bidding bucks in a few dynasty leagues for a guy named Mike Bell, yeah u better celebrate.Saints coach Sean Payton characterized Mike Bell's knee sprain as "slight" in his post-game press conference Sunday.

7 leagues to be exact. I've still not found a quote from the team saying MCL. Peyton tends to keep injury info close to the vest, so we will have to just wait and see when he practices.well my guess is, the next 2 weeks will tell us a lot of how Peyton sees his RBs. Assuming PT and MB's injuries are about the same severity, it will be interesting to see if Mike Bell basically gets zero burn the next 2 weeks the way PT got zero burn so far. Good news for Bush owners regardless. They are gonna need him more than ever.
What a crappy set of RB's. I mean, no Benson? I guess those girl scoute you drafted against were going heavy WR when they let you take four RB's that are normally taken in the first round. This is where you jump in and justify how you got these guys in a dyansty league except nobody gives a #### about your team. Or about your 7 teams. Act like you've been in the Shark Pool before. Nobody cares about your made up team...7 leagues to be exact. Every fantasy season, there are one or two situations, which for some unexplained reason to me, bring out the very worst of people in the Shark Pool. The Bell, Thomas, and Bush mess seems to be that this year.I don't own either guy, but how can anyone celebrate over an injury? Some of you guys take FF wayyy too seriously. If you're celebrating injuries, you ought to check yourself. Pretty despicable to me.
So you speak for the entire shark pool? I would have thought they would have appointed someone that isn't a d-bag. Shocking news here. But congrats on your promotion none the less...What a crappy set of RB's. I mean, no Benson? Hmmm.... first you go off on your FFB team, which is seemingly made up, then you call someone else out for being a D-Bag for calling you on it. And you have this in your sig:So you speak for the entire shark pool? I would have thought they would have appointed someone that isn't a d-bag. Shocking news here. Those in glass houses don't call anyone else a D-Bag. Just makes your own D-Bagginess grow exponentially...I'll say it again, act like you've been in the Shark Pool before. Because it would seem this is your first time here....Duke 2009 ACC Champions!NCAA record for most wins in a decade!
Yes, I laughed at myself for benching Gore and CJ3. But what's funnier is that you call my team "made up." I guess you've never built great dynasty teams? I've got 8 very strong ones. Maybe I can give you some pointers if you stop being a d-bag. Deal?first you go off on your FFB team, which is seemingly made up

Okay I'll bite. What is your issue with my sig? Both statements are facts. And you have this in your sig:

Like TheFanatic said, no one cares. This thread is about Mike Bell, not your 2 team fantasy league with you and your mom.I guess you've never built great dynasty teams? I've got 8 very strong ones.first you go off on your FFB team, which is seemingly made up

What is his upside? Short and long term?Hamilton
Either way I don't care who "stole" the job. I own both PT and Bell and it definitely doesn't look good for PT the way Bell has been playing. He ran hard as hell today vs the eagles and looked great doing so. When they're both healthy, I see Peyton using both of them equally....pretty much screwing up the value of both.Let's not pretend that Bell stole the job from Thomas to begin with.
