With all due respect it doesn’t seem as dangerous as the Verrückt water slide at Schlitterbahn in Kansas City.

oh man. In one afternoon there, when i was 17 years old, I;

-got banned from the formula go karts

-almost drowned in the tidal wave pool - had to be rescued

-got road rash from the Alpine slide

-lost 2 gold chains, $100 cash and my drivers license on the big water slide. Also got an enema.

The kids and I just watched the YouTube documentary belljr linked above. All I can say is wow, I would’ve loved this as a teen!

Went there when I was a kid and I can see how it was considered dangerous.  The alpine slide was particularly scary, but they also had some high diving and other things that looked risky.

I've taken the kids there...we were just thinking about going Thanksgiving weekend (water park closed).

That cliff jump into the pool is still freezing.

I think they have it, but it's the kind where you have to hold the lever up to go, not to brake, and you're on a rail, so no flying off.
