10 teams, 20 man roster, PPR, 2 QB, 2WR, 2RB, 1TE, 1WR/RB, 1/WR/TE. 

I have the first pick (1.01) in my dynasty draft. This is our second year. I was wondering what type of player I could get for the 1st overall pick? Meaning if I traded the first overall pick, what player could I expect in return?
