At this point I would rather have the 1.01.  The value of 1.01 will only go up as we get through the combine and other hype.  It's an asset that will improve over time and I think the package is ok but not as good as you will get as the draft happens.  Keep the 1.01 and if you want to trade it you will have better options a month from now.
