1/2 ppr league. RB's less valuable? (1 Viewer)

I'm playing in a 1/2 ppr league drafting 4th out of 12. Some articles suggest that 1/2 ppr leagues devalue rb and bump wr and te. How so? I'm planning on grabbing McCoy at 4. Should I be thinking Megatron instead? We start 3 wr. Thoughts?
