Looks to be  2 openings this year in my "Fairest of Them All" re-draft league.  Highlights are as follows:

0.5 ppr.

Slow draft starts 8/26.

LeagueSafe $100 entry; full payout.

All-play format where you play against all other teams every week of season.

5th year of existence with great core group of returning active players.

ADDING BYLAWS TO TOP OF MESSAGE BOARD FOR EASE OF REFERENCE.  RULES ARE UNCHANGED FROM LAST YEAR.

Welcome to the fifth annual “Fairest of Them All” fantasy football league hosted on myfantasyleague.com.  While every effort has been made to ensure that the site has been setup properly, these bylaws govern the rules of play superseding any incorrect site setting.

PARTICIPANTS

There will be no more and no less than 12 teams.

In the unlikely event that the league is unable to fill a stable of 12 teams before the start of the regular season then the league will dissolve.

The league may be overbooked with the expectation that not all who join will follow through and pay the entry fee.

The first 12 participants to pay their entry fee secure a place in the league.

Each participant is limited to operating a single team.

Commissioner will operate a single team subject to same regulations as other owners.

FEES

Entry fee is $100.

LeagueSafe.com will be used as a means to collect entry fees, hold funds, and administer payouts.

Depending on payment method, LeagueSafe may charge a small administration fee in excess what is shown here.

Payout rules will be set to “Majority Approval”.

Commissioner is responsible for allocating payouts to winners at the end of the season.

Commissioner is in no way affiliated with LeagueSafe and is not responsible for any difficulty participants have withdrawing funds.

PAYOUTS

100% of the entrance fees will be paid out to winners.

Regular season ($500): $350 First Place / $150 Second Place.

Post season ($700) $400 First Place / $200 Second Place / $100 Third Place.

REGULAR SEASON FORMAT

An “All-Play” format will be utilized where every team plays every other team head-to-head every week of the season.

A total of 11 Wins or Losses are accumulated by each team each week.

There will not be any ties.

Fractional scoring (2 decimals) will be utilized as way to minimize the probably of a tie.

Bench points followed by draft position (descending) will be used to determine a winner in the unlikely event of a tie.

The regular season will span the first 13 weeks of the NFL regular season.

The final regular season ranking will be determined by 1) #of wins 2) total points 3)remaining FAAB $’s 4) draft position (descending).

POST SEASON

Top 6 teams from the regular season advance to playoffs.

There is no playoff seeding.

An “All-Play” format will continue for Weeks 14 – 16 of the NFL regular season.

All playoff teams are alive for the entire duration of the playoffs.  Five games per week for three weeks equals 15 total games.

The MFL site does not natively support this format so commissioner will manually adjust as necessary.

The final post season rankings will be determined by 1) # of playoff wins 2) total playoff points 3) final regular season ranking.

ROSTER & LINEUP

Starting lineup shall consist of 1QB / 2RB / 3WR / 1TE / 1FLEX (RB/WR/TE) / 1K / 1DST.

Participants need not fill the entire lineup to accumulate points.  Any position left vacant simply does not accumulate scoring.

Any orphan teams will be left as-is.  Lineup and roster moves will not be made by Commissioner for absentee owners.

Commissioner will assist active owners in making moves if they are unable.  Any Commissioner-assisted edits will be documented on the message board and are only made at the explicit direction of an owner.

There are 8 bench spots.

There are no positional limitations.

There is no such thing as an invalid roster aside from roster count.

There is no IR spot.

A single backup player may be specified in the lineup selection each week for substitution purposes in the event a starter is declared inactive.

WAIVERS

One cycle of Free Agent Auction Bidding (FAAB) runs weekly on Tuesday night.

FAAB budget = 200

Bids of 0 may be specified.

Bids must be specified as an integer, no fractional amounts are permitted.

Tiebreakers will be 1)wins (descending) 2)total points (descending) 3)draft order (descending).

ADD/DROPS

First-come-first serve add/drops begin Wednesday morning after FAAB process.

Add/drops are always allowed for unlocked players.

Added players must be held for one day.

Dropped players lock for one day.

All teams can continue to make moves through end of season regardless of rankings.

Highly irrational moves are subject to review by Commissioner and may be reversed.

TRADES

Trades process immediately.

No review period or owner vetoes.

Locked players cannot be traded.

Commissioner has sole authority to reverse trades if collusion is suspected.

Trades will not be evaluated for fairness, only highly irrational trades will be prevented.

Trade deadline is 1st kickoff on Thanksgiving day.

DRAFT

Slow draft begins August 26 at 8am ET.

8 hour per pick limit, 30 hour cumulative limit for all picks.

Timer pauses nightly from 12am to 8am ET.

18 round snake.

Order will be randomized prior to start of draft.

SCORING

Offense

QB / RB / WR / TE / PK

Passing TDs = 4pts each

Passing Yards = 0.04pts for every 1 yard

Passing Interceptions = -1pt for 1st, -2pts for 2nd, and -3pts for each additional above 2

Thrown Interceptions returned for TD = -4pts in addition to interception penalty

Passing PAT conversion = 2pts

Rushing TDs = 6pts each

Rushing Yards = 0.1pts for every 1 yards

Rushing 2pt conversion = 2pts

Receptions = 0.5pts per reception

Receiving TDs = 6pts each

Receiving Yards = o.1pts for every 1 yard

Receiving 2pt conversion = 2pts

Fumbles lost on offense = -1pt for 1st, -2pts for 2nd, and -3pts for each additional above 2

Fumbles lost on special teams (individual) = -1pt for 1st, -2pts for 2nd, and -3pts for each additional above 2

Fumbles lost returned for TD = -4pts in addition to fumble penalty

Made FG = 3 pts each 0-39 yards, 4 pts each 40-49 yards, 5 pts each 50+ yards

Missed FG = -3 pts each 0-39 yards, -1 pts each 40-49 yards, 0 pts 50+ yards

Made Kicking PAT = 1pt each

Missed Kicking PAT = -1pt each

Offensive fumble recovery for TD = 6pts each

D/ST

Offensive + Special Team score<=7 then 15pts, 7<score<=14 then 10 pts, 14<score<=21 then 5pts, else 0pts

Fumbles lost on Defense or Special Teams = -1pt each

Fumble recoveries from opponent = 1pt each

Interceptions caught = 1pt each

Blocked FGs = 1pt each

Blocked extra points = 1pt each

Blocked punts = 1pt each

Sacked QB = 1pt each

Safety = 2pts each

Defensive & Special Teams TDs = 6pts each

OTHER

Commissioner reserves the right to adjust or further clarify rules prior to start of season.

If it becomes impractical to administer any rules set forth above because of site limitations, rule revisions will be made at the sole discretion of Commissioner.

In the event of a rules gap or other unforeseen circumstances, Commissioner will use his best judgement to issue a ruling.

It is expected that all participants play to win and display good sportsmanship.
