PPR scoring - start 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 flex (RB/WR/TE)
Team has chosen to rebuild in free agency instead of via the draft - traded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounders. A lot of the contracts have expired, next year's team is this: ($400 cap)

Witten - contract is expired but he can franchised for the average price of the top 5 TE - something like $20 for 2 more years
This would leave $320 in cap room for free agents, which is MUCH more than anybody else in the league. Available free agents will include:
