We draft 6 rounds of rookies every LATE June (SLOW DRAFT). 6 teams make playoffs, bottom 6 compete for 1.1 in the Toilet Bowl.
In my estimation it's a top heavy league with 3 great teams, 5 average teams and 4 very bad teams. Please DM if need more info,
