I’d go Williams and Shakir but Williams and Reed is the “smarter” choice.

I love Shakir, if it was a WR 1-3 maybe Reed but he's your “extra” so it is worth the possible upside play. I wanted to play him but I can’t start him over Wilson, Harrison and Rice.
