12 Team PPR Dynasty - Leaguesafe (Half price first year) - 1 Open Spot (1 Viewer)

We have one opening in a dynasty league that is entering its 8th season.  This is a standard PPR league and has a good core group of owners with a few fresh faces.  The open team's owner traded all of its 2016 picks last offseason before we had our new by-laws in place; therefore, I'd like to give a first year discount of half price on the league fee.  Instead of the normal $56, you will only pay $28 for the first season (full price every subsequent year).
