16 team PPR keeper draft, from the 4th spot (1 Viewer)

Not super thrilled with this roster, looking for feedback and perhaps strategy on how to manage the team...trades, etc.

16 teams, 2 player keeper, full PPR, and start QB, RBx2, WRx2, TE, K, D/ST

QB:  Jameis Winston, Dak Prescott (14th rd keeper)

RB:  C.J. Anderson, Derrick Henry, Jeremy Hill

RB:  Darren McFadden, Frank Gore

WR:  A.J. Green, Donte Montcrief

WR:  Willie Snead (7th rd keeper), Sterling Shepard

TE:  Greg Olsen

K: Cairo Santos

D/ST:  L.A. Rams

For a full point PPR league that has 16 teams, I like Green, Snead, and Olsen.

Drafting in a 16 team league is obviously tough.

Winston is decent.  

Your running backs are a little scary though.  At most you have McFadden for six weeks.  Then you have to start Henry or Gore.  

Surely somebody is as short on WRs as you are on RBs.  I'd consider trying to swap Moncrief for one of the rookie RBs out there.  It hurts your depth at WR but it could give you somebody more worthy of being a starting running back.

I'm definitely hoping Henry takes a leap this season and becomes a solid FF starter.  Gore is a half way decent back up plan imo.  He'll get a good amount of carries and should be decent.  Hill could be helpful if Mixon gets hurt or does something stupid.  As long as Luck's health is a concern I'm not thrilled with Montcrief's potential so maybe I'll explore something.  I do know the guy who took Mike Evans accidentally drafted Desean Jackson, so maybe I could Montcrief to that team.
